Expectation in Chinese Proficiency
Elementary
Class A1- Learning 1000-1500 frequently-used Chinese Vocabulary
- Achieving simple communication ability in Chinese and able to solve simple problems in daily life and study.
Elementary
Class A2- Learning 2000——2500 frequently-used Chinese vocabulary
- Achieving basic skills in communication, especially much improvement in listening and speaking
Intermediate
Class B1- Learning 2500——3000 frequently-used Chinese Vocabulary
- Able to understand oral and written Chinese concerning their social activities and daily life; competent in organizing Chinese to make clear expressions and discourse talking.
Intermediate
Class B2- Learning 3500——4000 frequently-used Chinese vocabulary
- Able to understand discourse written or spoken in rich Chinese language with a comprehensive competence in listening, speaking, reading and writing；and able to express in tactful Chinese
- Able to describe, explain and discuss topics in correct Chinese
Advanced
Class 1- Mastering 4000——4500 frequently-used Chinese vocabulary
- Able to understand Chinese language delivered in complicated vocations; learning more advanced Chinese discourse knowledge with understanding more Chinese culture and philosophy
Advanced
Class 2- Mastering at least 5000 frequently-used Chinese vocabulary
- Capable to organize Chinese into a discourse properly and correctly express their opinions and emotions
- Able to understand Chinese Culture and philosophy better with cross-culture communication competence and open view

If the applicant is a student at school, he must also submit a certificate of enrollment issued by the school he is attending. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.

*6. A copy of Physical Examination in English, at least six months within its validity
