"*" means necessary documents that you must provide in your application.
1. Applicants under the age of 18 should submit the valid documents of their legal guardians in China.
*2. Passport photo
A recent passport-sized photo of the applicant
*3. Photocopy of valid passport
With name, passport number & expiration date, and photo included
*4. Notarized high school diploma (photocopy)
Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
*5. English proficiency certificate
*6. Non-criminal Record Certificate (Generally, it is valid for 3 or 6 months)
If it is not available during the epidemic, a statement of personal responsibility shall be provided.
*7. High school transcript
Transcript in other language than Chinese or English or Chinese should be translated in English or Chinese.
*8. A copy of Physical Examination in English
At least six months (6) within its validity(if it is not available during the epidemic, a statement of personal responsibility shall be provided).
*9. A picture of the whole body in 3 months and a full-body video in 10 seconds
10. Copy of visa
Only for students who have already be in China.
11. Talents in art and sports are preferred and corresponding proof or performance video are required.
12. Supporting Documents: Certificate of Good Conduct
Provided by your current/previous school/company in Chinese/English to improve your success rate.
Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit. - How to Apply
